Bloom Forward is The Lotus Foundation’s signature mentorship program, created to guide women—especially single mothers—on a journey of personal and professional growth. Through intentional, trauma-informed mentorship, we connect participants with experienced women who’ve walked a similar path and are now thriving. Together, we cultivate confidence, purpose, and self-sufficiency.

Lotus NextGen is a youth career and leadership initiative by The Lotus Foundation Inc. designed to empower teens through mentorship, workforce development, financial literacy, and leadership training. Serving youth ages 14–18, the program creates safe, supportive spaces where participants build confidence, explore career pathways, develop practical life skills, and strengthen their connection to community. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and community engagement, Lotus NextGen helps young people envision and build positive futures for themselves and their neighborhoods.
